Japanese Carpenter’s Knife

JapneseKnife Japanese Carpenters Knife

If you haven’t been able to tell, we kind of like knives. This Carpenter’s Knife is a pretty badass little knife from Japan. The blade is a traditional design historically popular in the Higo region of Kyushu. It’s the perfect size to carry with you and has a hole in one end to tie a rope through. The knife is available online for only $23 at theĀ Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum Shop.
