A few months back, we wrote a short brand spotlight on Chicago’s Oak Street Bootmakers. Now, we bring you the latest addition to their stock, the Hunt Boot. The boots are available in both navy and brown and are hand-crafted to order right here in the USA. They’re made with Horween Chromexcel leather with Vibram soles, wax stitching, and rawhide laces. The boots don’t drop until January, but you can pre-order now for $356 at Oak Steet Bootmakers.
The Made in America tag is one thing that we are all ways on the look out for here at Freshborn Market. The Thorogood Heritage boot brings us just that in a very fresh looking boot. The boot 6″ boot has a moc toe and a good looking white sole. They look a bit like Red Wings but we still like them. Available now for $120.
Check out these deerskin slippers from Sullivan Glove Co. They are perfect for lounging around the house and just kicking it on a hungover Sunday. For $89, they’re available now from Sullivan Glove Co. online.
The shoes guaranteed to make a kid study harder — reminiscent of the 576 Pub Pack that we posted back in early November, New Balance draws inspiration from some of the most prestigious institutions in the world: the Ivy League schools. The various school-themed colorways are all versions of the H710 sneaker and feature university inspired logo tags. We’ll keep you updated on a release date.
Check out this very fresh blend of duck boot and sneaker from Steve Madden. With December half over and January and February right around the corner, they’ll definitely come in handy. They come with a $99 price tag, available now at Steve Madden online.
This is one of best looking Nike releases that we’ve seen in months. They feature a tan colorway and boot accents that give them a slight Timberland vibe. We have seen this before from Supra, but nonetheless we still like the release. These are a part of Nike’s Spring 2010 release, we’ll keep you updated on their release date.
Set for release this upcoming spring, Nike has put a new spin on the tremendously successful SB Zoom Janoski’s with this mid-top version. The five-eyelet mids feature a ribbed ankle collar for added comfort and, like their low counterpart, the mids are a great skate/casual combination shoe. We’ll let you know when we hear more about a release date.
Check out these new styles from Palladium Boots. Palladium takes it to the next level with this winter release incorporating higher quality materials and updated silhouettes. All are available now at their online store, palladiumboots.com for $110. See the rest of the book after the jump.
Vans puts a new twist on their skate/surf identity with this latest release. The Vans Vault Derby is a new direction for the brand, moving away from anything that could resemble a traditional sneaker silhouette and more towards the casual/dress sphere. As usual, we like what we see coming out of the Vans brand and look forward to seeing more in future.
Vans is really on their game lately and this upcoming release is no break from the trend. Set for release in Spring 2011, these 106 Vulcanized sneakers look pretty fresh. We’re big fans of the perforated suede. They’ll be available in four colorways. See more photos below.
